Router One powers on but the sonar doesn't show? This is usually a power issue.

1. Check your battery type. Lead-acid batteries lose voltage as they discharge, and the input can drop below what the sonar needs (PingLive Mini: 10–18 V, PingLive: 11–18 V). In most cases, fully charging the battery solves it. Lithium batteries hold their voltage and rarely cause this.
2. Check your fuse. A fuse rated below 7 A can limit the current to the sonar. We recommend a 7 A fuse.

Also check the connections, make sure you're on the correct network, restart the system, and update the app and firmware. If the problem persists, contact Accuphy Support.
