Refund & Return Policy (Canada)



Our Commitment

At Accuphy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make things right.


 

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our return process below.


 

Returns & Exchanges

Please reach out to our customer support team at support@accuphy.ca before returning any items. Unverified returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted.

Eligibility Period: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

Proof of Purchase: Required (e.g., order confirmation email or number).


Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Missing accessories

  • Damaged packaging

  • Shipping fees (non-refundable)

If an item is found to be defective due to a quality issue within 14 days of receipt, we will send a replacement at no cost once the original product has been received and inspected.


 

International Orders (Outside of Canada)

For international orders shipped outside of Canada or China, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the product has a verified quality issue or the wrong item was sent.
This policy is due to the high cost and complexity of international logistics, duties and taxes.
We appreciate your understanding.

All Accuphy products are covered by our limited warranty, which includes replacement parts or repair for verified manufacturing defects (excluding damage caused by misuse or improper handling).


 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@accuphy.ca to request a return.

  2. Review: If your return is accepted, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

    • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, inspection takes 2–5 business days.

  4. Approval:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed.

    • If the return does not meet our requirements, the item will be shipped back at your expense.


 

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days after approval.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Delays: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@accuphy.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Note

Accuphy reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product or packaging is in unacceptable condition.
