Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

> Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time you choose at checkout. We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options & Carrier Selection

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. At checkout, you will be able to choose from several major carriers (including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

• Shipping Rates: These are calculated in real-time based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

• Delivery Estimates: The delivery time displayed at checkout is an estimate provided by the carrier and begins after the 1-7 day processing window.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

If shipping outside of Canada, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Accuphy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
